WHY WAS “GALE SYSTEM” CREATED?
“Gale System” was designed and created by Hiram Rodriguez, an entrepreneur who in 2016 started to work in the Sheet Metal ducts industry.
Hiram began to have pain and injury in his arms and shoulders after more than seven years of employment in the field. Due to the impact and prolonged use of hammers in their regular jobs, most workers in the metal ducting area experience all of these health problems.
That’s why Hiram became so focused on this occupational health concern that he began designing alternatives substitute device to the hammer
During that period, numerous concepts and conceptual drawings surfaced, which Hiram transformed into tangible instruments for testing and fine-tuned. After a series of tests with his own cordless reciprocating saw (bare tool) and various metal ducts, he finally exclaimed, “EUREKA!” He develops the tools that would set a precedent for the sheet metal industry.
In the course of this trial and error process, a solution was born for all the sheet metal ducts workers that suffer arm and shoulder pain issues, two tools that in the end became a unique and versatile system, called “Gale System”, whose basic function is to align the metal duct flanges and introduce cleat drives to join the ducts in seconds, in a unique combination and symbiosis of several versatile processes without using the heavy work hammer.
The Gale System works so fast that you will have to see this video several times
You will do your job in seconds and without much effort… counting now…
Join the future and give your arms and shoulders the relief they deserve… USE GALE SYSTEM
NEWS TO SHARE:
Hiram Rodríguez got a Pending Patent in 2023 and this is great news we love to share with all our customers, friends, and the Sheet Metal ducts (HVAC) world. This is an important milestone in this endeavor.
Presented Invention:
Duct Alignment And Securement System Technical Field: HVAC Commercial Systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), specifically a system for aligning and securing ducts.
General Summary:
The document describes an innovative system for aligning and securing ducts in commercial HVAC systems. The invention uses a flange guide and a cleat fixing tool that, when used together, simplifies and improves the installation process.
The Commercial name was selected as: “Gale System”:
We emphasize that for the author “Gale system” has a very emotional meaning because beyond how fast and easy the system manages to work, he places it in honor of the nickname “Gale” of his late father, who died when Hiram was at the patent filing stage.
Should we talk about the Competitors?
We are not talking about competition, because in the market there are other products that perform specific functions with continuous modifications over time. Not to mention that they do not adapt to the reciprocal saw, commonly used by the HVAC and sheet metal ducts workers. Those other tools are not a system or versatile, which makes Gale System a new and unique tool in this industry.
Likewise, Hiram focused on his occupational health problem, which affects 90% of Sheet Metal workers. He did not forget about the common tool that most workers use, so they do not have to buy additional expensive equipment or buy tools that are not necessary. Therefore, we say that there is no competition when the “Gale System” is created by a worker just like you, who needs to minimize the use of the hammer to join the ducts, taking care of shoulders and arms wellness over time, because we know that after a strenuous workday, at the end of the day, you have a family to hug when you get home.
